We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to manage our Allen, TX branch. As Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team of 4–8 employees, driving performance, member satisfaction, and operational excellence. You’ll champion a member-first culture, foster professional growth, and serve as a visible ambassador in the community to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities???? Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Facilitate weekly meetings and daily huddles to align goals and strengthen communication
- Oversee staffing, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives
- Identify and mentor high-potential employees to build leadership capacity

- Promote a member-centric, service-driven environment with a strong financial guidance mindset
- Set clear performance expectations and coach staff to exceed service and production goals
- Resolve escalated member concerns promptly and professionally

Manage daily branch operations including lending, teller services, and member supportEnsure full compliance with federal / state regulations and internal policiesMaintain audit readiness, cash control, and operational efficiencyLeverage branch technologies to enhance service delivery???? Proven leadership experience in financial services or retail bankingStrong coaching, communication, and performance management skillsDeep understanding of branch operations, compliance, and member serviceAbility to engage with the community and promote brand visibilityBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experienceBenefits
