Overview
The Installed Sales Trim Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of trim installed sales. Key duties include training, supervising, and directing the work of trim installation crews; performing quality checks at jobsites; maintaining production or installation records; planning trim installation work; apportioning work among the trim crews; overseeing the maintenance of all equipment and trucks; providing for the safety and security of the trim crews; assisting with estimates in the field; and addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
Experience Required
Relevant experience in the field is necessary.
