This role provides an exciting opportunity to manage a dynamic sales territory across Washington and Oregon, overseeing approximately 130 retail accounts with an average annual revenue of $15 million. You will drive sales initiatives, including promotions, new product launches, inventory management, and pricing strategies. The position requires consulting with retail partners on category management and business analytics to enhance performance. You will leverage data, strategic planning, and innovative solutions to optimize market impact. The role emphasizes leadership growth, collaboration, and operational excellence, allowing you to make a measurable impact in a challenging and evolving sales environment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage sales and distribution within your assigned geography, including merchandising support as needed.
  • Implement sales initiatives with retail partners, covering promotions, new products, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
  • Advise and engage retail partners on category management and business analytics to improve performance.
  • Develop strategies to enhance business outcomes through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and purposeful planning.
  • Track, measure, and analyze progress against key marketing initiatives and business metrics.
  • Grow leadership skills through comprehensive training and high-impact experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or meaningful sales experience.
  • Strong ability to build and execute sales plans while managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with business partners.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships within a team-oriented environment.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and optimize business performance.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Commitment to personal growth and leadership development.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years; ability to work full-time in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Competitive salary : $70,900 - $103,900 annually, with annual incentive compensation by target.
