Media Resource Coordinator

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a Media Resource Coordinator to record, playback, and catalogue media on various analog and digital formats and to provide technical support for all CBN related productions.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications :

• Understanding of videotape machines, production servers and related media equipment
• Ability to utilize SMPTE time code and audio metering techniques
• Familiarity with digital media workflows - transcoding and digital file delivery
• Familiarity with digital media file types - QuickTime, MXF, MPEG, Mp4 etc.
• Basic understanding of non-linear editing
• Proficient in the operation of media related computer hardware and software
• Possess proper visual perception and color definition
• Ability to learn and apply new technology quickly
• Possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent communication, team building and organizational skills
• Work well under pressure and time restraints
• Ability to work extended hours, multiple shifts and meet unexpected work demands as they arise
