Job Description :

Advantest America, a leading Semiconductor Test and Measurement Company, is seeking self-driven and creative R & D Engineers who are interested in the field of Software Development. The job entails designing, developing, and testing software to enhance the 93000 SOC platform. The Advantest 93K group designs and produces state of the art instrumentation for world's leading memory semiconductor manufacturers. You will participate in all aspects of product design from concept to production release, including feature definition, design implementation, verification, and qualification for ATE equipment used by advanced electronic manufacturers. This position is located at our headquarters in San Jose, CA. Candidate must be in the office 5 days per week.

Responsibilities include :

• Design, implement and test software from high-level requirements.
• Learn and follow Advantest's policies and procedures for high quality software design. Typical projects include :

Visualization of data from log files.

Requirements :

C++, Java and Python
