Our famous retail client is looking for a Account Project Coordinator to join their team in Milwaukee, WI!

What you’ll do:

• Regularly partner with Brand Creative, Merchants, Store Experience Design, Category Marketing and national vendors to communicate ISM vision and recommend and develop in-store marketing programs that support business priorities
• Develop creative briefs and in-store marketing programs to support overall ISM strategy for assigned focus areas
• Initiate and maintain projects by writing accurate and comprehensive project details, including communication objectives, messaging hierarchy, desired outputs and production specifications
• Oversees distribution lists and unique store environment needs to ensure accurate presentations in all stores
• Review graphics at each creative development milestone to ensure output is on message
• Oversee proofing of store communication documents to ensure project information and implementation accuracy

Specific tasks you’ll work on:

• eSupport ticketing system – tickets submitted by stores that need action
• Graphic attribute management – good with data, excel etc.
• Technology support and integration – evolving our eStore system
• Presentations
• Vendor management
• Verification / Quality checks

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23 – $25/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
