We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Manager to join the team in our Transaction Advisory Services practice in our Chicago office! CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office / together in person on average 3 days a week.

Your Team

This position will support our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services group. This team conducts due diligence and supports clients across a wide range of industries. As a member of this team, youll not only have the opportunity to interact with clients but also to interact with team members across all levels within the practice.

Your Role

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Act as a key player in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from both private equity and strategic corporate buyers
• Analyze historical financial statements and evaluate operational trends to identify sustainable earnings for a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, hospitality, high-technology, and healthcare
• Coordinate with team and management regarding client expectations concerning project deliverables and deadlines
• Effectively write and communicate engagement reports and deliverables to client management
• Coach and mentor staff

In Illinois, the salary range for a Transaction Advisory Senior Manager is $150,000 - $230,000. Salary determination will vary based on factors such as a candidates geographical location, qualifications, experience, skills, and competencies.
