What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC systems (15+ tons), refrigeration, and food service equipmentHandle preventive maintenance contracts with 5+ unitsReplace parts or full units, including smaller RTUs and mini-splitsService larger systems like boilers, chillers, VRFs, VFDs, and chilled water systemsTroubleshoot and repair controls for advanced systemsCommunicate with dispatch, document jobs accurately, and deliver top-notch serviceProvide elite customer care and ensure first-time-right service with minimal callbacksMentor junior technicians and contribute to a positive team environmentWhat We’re Looking For
7+ years of commercial HVAC experienceValid driver’s license and clean driving recordActive EPA certification (required)OSHA 10 / 30 and manufacturer certifications (preferred)Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skillsAbility to mentor and lead junior techniciansComfortable with flexible hours and rotating on-call shiftsExcellent communication and customer service skillsA Few More Things
