Application System Analyst

Job Summary (List Format) :

• 100% remote position; no expenses allowed; Corewell Health equipment provided
• Serve as a Certified Grand Central and Prelude Analyst on strategic projects for 2025
• Respond to user requests for new or modified systems
• Plan, design, test, implement, support, and analyze programs and software
• Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and define system requirements
• Recommend and approve technical and procedural designs for new or revised applications (including system specs and programming guidelines)
• Document program development, logic, coding, and corrections
• Take ownership of resolution for product and implementation issues
• Participate in risk assessments and assist with root cause analysis
• Ensure adherence to change management policies and procedures
• Mentor and provide guidance to less senior team members
• Demonstrate customer service excellence
• Provide technical leadership and communicate recommendations to senior leadership
• Required : Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of relevant experience
• Preferred : Master's degree (or equivalent), experience in all phases of systems development lifecycle, and participation in integrated system implementations
• Contractor responsible for timely submission of timesheets via Fieldglass or Planview; follow-up required for manager approval to ensure payment
