Customer Experience Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

The Estimator's main responsibility is to provide a successful customer experience by creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers, and communicating with insurance companies throughout the repair process.

• Develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements and communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies
• Ensure customer interactions are well-documented and updated efficiently and accurately
• Provide customers with clear and timely information about their repair process and requirements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer requests and needs are addressed
