You'll be the crucial link between our customers, our field employees, and the cutting-edge digital tools that are redefining our industry. • A Technical Communicator : You effortlessly bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical users, speaking fluently to everyone from developers to those new to technology.
• An Agile Problem Solver : You combine creative thinking with a methodical approach to quickly diagnose and resolve issues.
• Organized and Driven : You're proactive, highly organized, and committed to following through on every task.
• A Patient Guide : You have the empathy and patience to help users navigate new processes without frustration.
• A Value-Focused Advocate : You're motivated to sell the benefits of new tools, demonstrating how they provide real value and make work easier.
• Must reside in one of these states to be considered : North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin, or Minnesota
