Pay Range : $60 - $68 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• We're looking for a Generative AI Engineer / Architect who will assist in the design and scaling of our next-generation Document AI platform for the financial industry.
• Provide solutions for document classification, data extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), ensuring performance, compliance, and auditability in a highly regulated environment.
• Architect enterprise GenAI solutions for classification, extraction, and QA over large document sets.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector DBs, and rerankers.
• Partner with infra teams to deploy on GPU clusters ( vLLM, Triton).
• Drive model risk management : explainability, audit trails, evaluation pipelines.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical docs, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to deliver safe, scalable AI.
