Key Responsibilities :
- Support Accounting Leadership in preparing monthly management reports and financial analyses.
- Assist with evaluating and strengthening internal controls and accounting systems, implementing approved improvements.
- Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process across multiple entities.
- Prepare and post complex journal entries; maintain and reconcile key balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure compliance with business licenses, taxes, and other regulatory filings for multiple entities.
- Prepare loan draws and coordinate intercompany cash transfers.
- Provide financial and analytical support to management and internal departments.
- Contribute to special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
