Job description$17 - $18 / hour Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished goods for defects, damage, or inconsistencies Verify that all products meet company specifications, documentation, and quality standards Conduct visual, physical, and measurement inspections following established QC procedures Perform routine sampling of raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance Inspect packaging and labeling for accuracy and proper presentation Monitor production lines to verify adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Tag, quarantine, and report any nonconforming materials to the QC Supervisor or Quality Manager Record inspection results accurately and maintain QC reports in compliance with company SOPs Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently Support periodic inventory checks, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety and sanitation standards Follow all warehouse safety policies, GMPs, and company procedures MUST be bilingual – English and Spanish At least 3 years of experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment required High school diploma or equivalent Prior Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience required Strong knowledge of GMP and SOP documentation standards Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move throughout the shift Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and capable of following detailed inspection procedures

Job Summary :
The Quality Control (QC) Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring all incoming, stored, and outgoing materials meet company quality and compliance standards. This role involves inspecting products, identifying defects, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with warehouse and production teams to uphold product integrity and safety.
