Schedule :
- 1st Shift : 7AM - 3 : 30PM
- Monday - Friday
- Plus overtime
Pay Rate :
$17 - $18 / hourJob Summary :
The Quality Control (QC) Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring all incoming, stored, and outgoing materials meet company quality and compliance standards. This role involves inspecting products, identifying defects, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with warehouse and production teams to uphold product integrity and safety.
Job Responsibilities :
Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished goods for defects, damage, or inconsistenciesVerify that all products meet company specifications, documentation, and quality standardsConduct visual, physical, and measurement inspections following established QC proceduresPerform routine sampling of raw materials and finished goods to ensure complianceInspect packaging and labeling for accuracy and proper presentationMonitor production lines to verify adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)Tag, quarantine, and report any nonconforming materials to the QC Supervisor or Quality ManagerRecord inspection results accurately and maintain QC reports in compliance with company SOPsCollaborate with warehouse and production teams to resolve quality-related issues efficientlySupport periodic inventory checks, audits, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety and sanitation standardsFollow all warehouse safety policies, GMPs, and company proceduresJob Requirements :
MUST be bilingual – English and SpanishAt least 3 years of experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience requiredStrong knowledge of GMP and SOP documentation standardsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or move throughout the shiftStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, punctual, and capable of following detailed inspection proceduresAdditional Information :
