What You'll Do
- Lead the design and construction of drinking water treatment facilities, pump stations, and storage systems.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with municipal clients, partners, and stakeholders across Colorado and the western U.S.
- Serve as the primary point of contact through every project phase. Ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Guide proposal development and business pursuits to expand market presence and grow client accounts.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, helping shape the next generation of water industry leaders.
- Represent the firm within the regional water and wastewater community through active engagement and thought leadership.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).7–10+ years of experience in water or wastewater engineering, including at least 3 years in project management.Professional Engineering (PE) registration preferred.Proven success managing complex municipal water projects, with strong technical expertise in treatment and distribution systems.Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate all aspects of project delivery; scope, schedule, budget, and quality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and confidently.A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring others and driving continuous improvement.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; experience with document control and cost / schedule tracking systems.Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.Why Join
