Online Shop Coordinator

His professional content production & marketing firm, BC Ventures is seeking a talented and dedicated Online Shop Coordinator to join our team in Palm Springs, CA. This position is part time, every Monday from 8 : 30am to 5pm, every Wednesday from 8 : 30am to 12 : 30pm, and every Friday from 8 : 30am to 5pm - with potential for flexibility.

As Online Shop Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to fulfill our merch strategy, to engage and delight an avid community of fans through our sought-after collections on CasinoSwag.com. Reporting to the Vice President of Product Development, this role will deliver all aspects of running our online shop from hands-on production, to product listings, inventory management, shipping and receiving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all inventory online as well as in physical stock room.
• Identify re-stocking needs, and coordinate timely supply orders with management.
• Receive all packages and verify for correct quantities and damages, if any.
• Execute top quality printing of made-to-order apparel in house, by operating automated heat press to create custom t-shirts, hoodies, totes, hats and other apparel.
• Create and maintain product listings in our shop management system, including accurate naming, description, pricing, shipping details, special promotions, and inventory control.
• Work with team to capture and edit product photos to make them live in our online shop.
• Process all online orders, prepare and package items for shipping, with meticulous attention to detail to ensure fast & seamless delivery, and a premium product presentation.
• Do quality control to ensure the highest quality product is being processed and shipped.
• Handle all customer service inquiries regarding lost or mis-shipped items, and liaise with shipping companies to initiate and complete any necessary claims to recover packages.
• Come up with sales and promotion ideas to help drive shop revenue.
• Adjust and rearrange products in our shop management system to prioritize items on sale or special features and promotions.
• Act as the company’s overall shipping & receiving go-to, ensuring support for both external and internal customers on all our mail room needs.
• Interface with our select casino partners in placing and fulfilling their large merchandise orders, with the goal of growing this strategic segment of our business.
• Prepare and package all merchandise items for our events, and process respective orders to ensure all items are pulled from inventory.
• Prepare and mail out monthly and quarterly gifts of recognition to our fan club members worldwide.
