Bookkeeper

Job Overview :

Search Solution Group is seeking a Bookkeeper on behalf of our client, who designs and manufactures custom cabinets and control systems for electrical distribution, delivering pre-wired and factory-tested units that streamline installation. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting a transition from QuickBooks to Sage, and ensuring data integrity throughout the process. The Bookkeeper will play a key part in streamlining financial workflows and supporting informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and manage financial data within QuickBooks; ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support the company's transition from QuickBooks to Sage, ensuring both systems run properly during the transition period.
• Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct data analytics tasks, including tracking payments, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues proactively.
• Perform reconciliations across accounts and financial records.
• Complete cleanup tasks within QuickBooks as needed to support accurate reporting.
• Review and analyze large sets of numerical data to support financial integrity and decision-making.
