Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Structural Steel General Manager to lead our structural steel operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction management, project execution, and business leadership. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of structural steel projects from estimating through completion while driving operational efficiency and ensuring top-tier performance, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the structural steel division, including fabrication, erection, procurement, and field operations.
• Lead and support project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with contract requirements.
• Drive estimating, bidding, and business development activities to grow market presence and secure new work.
• Manage contract administration, change order negotiations, and risk mitigation for multiple ongoing projects.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Oversee division budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking using KPIs.
• Champion continuous improvement in workflows, team development, and overall performance.
