Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to patients in Appomattox, Virginia.

Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient rehabilitation goals.

Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to team success.

Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapies as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home exercises.

Utilize data and feedback to improve therapy outcomes.

Foster a positive and motivating environment for patients and colleagues.

Stay updated with the latest physical therapy practices and techniques.

Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Experience / Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.

Strong communication skills for patient and team interaction.

Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Ability to work effectively in a results-driven environment.

Minimum of 2 years experience in physical therapy.

Ability to evaluate and adjust therapies based on patient progress.

Experience in educating patients and families on therapy techniques.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
