Job Description

  • Responsible for managing 4 manufacturing facilities
  • Will have 8 salaried direct reports and 30 indirect
  • Will have profit and loss of the business and drive KPI’s including safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sales
  • Will develop a short and long term business plan for the business

    • Key Requirements

  • 10-15 years of manufacturing experience
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience
  • Aerospace experience is a plus
  • Bachelor or Science in Engineering is required
