About the Role :

Matheos Realty Group is a results-driven commercial real estate firm focused on investment sales, leasing, and development advisory across NYC. We're seeking ambitious, entrepreneurial Associates to join our Brooklyn office. This is a high-impact, commission-based role offering direct deal experience, mentorship, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Source new business through cold calls, canvassing, and networking

Analyze investment opportunities and prepare offering materials

Build and manage client relationships

Conduct showings, negotiate deal terms, and support closings

Track market trends and stay up to date on NYC submarkets

Qualifications

Active NYS Real Estate Salesperson License (or in progress)

Bachelor's degree preferred
