Start full-time on the 7a-7pm  and take home a $2,000 bonus as you grow your nursing career with us.

Here’s how it’s paid out :

$250 Orientation Bonus – after 30 days of employment

$250 Floor Orientation Bonus – after 30 days of employment

$750 Bonus – at 6 months

$750 Bonus – at 12 months

Pay Rate : $28–$31 / hour

Shift Available : Full Time 7a-7p or 7p-7a (this shift is not eligible for $2000 Sign on bonus)

LPN Responsibilities :

Administer nursing care in a skilled nursing environment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or medical supervisor.

Provide basic medical care including bandage changes, medication administration, and specimen collection.

Deliver compassionate care and ensure resident safety and well-being.

LPN Qualifications :

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Indiana.

Must be 18 years or older.
