What You Will Do

We are seeking an ABA therapist / Behavior Technician (we will help you obtain certification if needed) to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will :

• Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Report to the client's home for therapy sessions and ensure a safe and positive environment.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering the highest quality of care and support possible.
• Log daily observations and collect / report critical data to monitor each client's progress.
• Receive remote or in-person supervision by a BCBA to ensure proper ABA techniques are practiced.
• Contribute to the progress of clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills, and participate in the application process if you are a fit for the role.
