Sales Support Team Member

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support team member to join our team in Hudson, New Hampshire. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in assisting the sales team by streamlining operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to the success of a fast-paced sales department.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
• Coordinate sales activities by scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for sales initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer and sales information.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets by proactively addressing administrative needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related tasks.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve sales processes.
