Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to join their team. As a Robotic Weld Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Robotic Weld Operator

Location : Dexter, MI

Pay Range : $24 per hour

Shift : Monday through Thursday. 1st shift : 4am to 2 : 30pm, 2nd shift : 2 : 30pm to 1am

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality parts
• Perform preventive maintenance on robotic welders and assist with equipment changeovers
• Update Rev Counters and collaborate with the Work Cell Controller (WCC)
• Program basic robot functions and work with Manufacturing Engineering on weld adjustments
• Execute all types of welding, including layout, fit, and weld components per blueprint specifications without fixtures
