Now Hiring : Onsite Manager (Bilingual – English / Spanish) – Monday to Friday

Location : Gurnee, IL (Onsite at a leading manufacturing client)

Pay Rate : $21.00 – $22.00 / hour (based on experience)

PeopleShare is seeking an energetic and organized Bilingual Onsite Manager to join our team in Gurnee, IL! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and helping both our clients and associates succeed.

As the Onsite Manager, you’ll work directly at our client’s facility, managing daily staffing operations, supporting associates, and partnering with leadership to ensure smooth workforce performance.

Schedule :

Monday – Friday (Full-time, daytime hours)

Must have flexibility to adjust hours as needed to support multiple shifts.

Job Responsibilities :

Serve as the primary point of contact for both client management and onsite associates

Handle daily attendance, onboarding, orientations, and scheduling

Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and new hire paperwork

Conduct walk-throughs and ensure employee engagement and performance

Address employee concerns and coordinate resolutions with HR and the branch office

Prepare daily / weekly reports on attendance, headcount, and productivity

Requirements :

Must be bilingual (English / Spanish)

Previous experience in staffing, HR, recruiting, or warehouse leadership preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment

Flexibility to adapt to client needs and multiple shifts
