Overview
IMMEDIATE HIRE : Lead Enrichment Teacher at Ethos Classical. You will design and deliver joyful, high-quality enrichment learning that complements core instruction and amplifies scholar engagement in Grades K-4. You will model excellent instruction in one enrichment area (for example Music or Theatre) and coordinate the enrichment program so it is aligned, well-run, and impactful across grade level. Teaching an average class size of 23-28 scholars and leading program execution is a core responsibility requiring vision, creativity, and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design and teach engaging enrichment lessons that build skill, creativity, and confidence while reinforcing grade-level standards and Ethos culture.
- Lead the enrichment vision and calendar for K–4, aligning units, performances, showcases, and exhibitions with school traditions and family events.
- Coordinate and support enrichment teammates by sharing lesson resources, modeling effective routines, and ensuring consistent expectations across classes and campuses.
- Differentiate for diverse learners, including scholars with IEPs / 504 plans, and provide clear, joyful routines that support access and success for all.
- Assess scholar learning with quick checks and rubrics, track progress, and use data to refine instruction.
- Collaborate with the school principal, content leads, and grade-level teams so enrichment connects to what scholars are learning in core classes.
- Manage program logistics : materials ordering and inventory, room setup and safety, performance prep, and communication to families.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with scholars and families to celebrate growth and share next steps for practice.
Must Haves
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Master's preferred.Valid state teaching certification in a relevant area or eligibility to obtain certification.Demonstrated success teaching K–4 scholars with strong classroom culture and measurable scholar growth.Proven ability to plan engaging, standards-aligned lessons and lead events or performances.Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills across teams and campuses.Work Demands
Schedule : 7 : 15 a.m. – 4 : 00 p.m., Monday–Friday.Occasional evenings or Saturdays for showcases, performances, family events, or competitions with advance notice.Equal Opportunity
