Job Summary

Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager, the Consultant II will develop and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature that provide improvements to the client's business processes and information technology. They will be self-managed for short periods and interface regularly with clients and others outside of Wipfli.

Essential Responsibilities

• Links the client requirements to standard solutions and service offerings with guidance from senior team members.
• Oversee smaller segments of work assigned by project managers or other senior team members.
• Thoroughly documents work with clear explanations to illustrate understanding of concepts.
• Informs project team leaders of cost, quality and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement.
• Monitors own time and budget on projects and communicates overages and availability in advance.
• Keeps current on technical and functional issues and applies them to client circumstances.
• Mentors Consultant I's in their development into Consultant II's.
• Supports the sales process by being aware of sales opportunities for add-ons and escalating information when needed to determine scope of services to aid in solving client needs.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate\'s unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $66,000 to $89,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training / education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
