Forklift / Receiving Operator, W&D (Full-time) - Day Shift

This position is for 1st shift; Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm.

The Forklift Operator / Receiving Clerk will perform a variety of tasks including unloading, and receiving of all incoming materials, preparing items for movement / storage and operating electric powered industrial truck equipment to move products or materials.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Load & Unload and stack materials by using power industrial equipment (i.e. Stand up Reach Forklift, Center control Rider pallet jack, pallet inverter, turret, cherry picker, scissor lift, pallet jack etc.) that may require being lifted in the air up to 40 feet
• Pick products according to order, either manually or with electronic scanning devices
• Record warehouse transactions in inventory tracking software and complete necessary documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and standard guidelines for assigned tasks.
• Check incoming shipments against documentation, counts items, and reports damaged items.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), conducts MHE inspections for food safety, and participate in daily shift meetings to address goals and resolve issues. Additional duties as assigned.

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.27-$22.61. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
