Details For this Opportunity :

• Integrated Outpatient Behavioral Health Primary Care Clinic

Four 10-hour days per week

Average 12-16 patients per day

1 : 1 Clinical Support Staff

Team shared phone call for established patients only

Fulltime, permanent

EPIC EMR

Very competitive total compensation opportunity (325k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
