This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CFO ideal for a seasoned CPA with a blend of technical depth strategic finance experience and a collaborative mindset.

Role Overview

The Director of Accounting will lead the accounting function drive financial strategy and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards. This role blends traditional accounting leadership with exposure to CFO-level responsibilities offering a unique growth path in a dynamic well-capitalized environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting
• Manage treasury functions including funding and capital requirements
• Serve as primary liaison for external / internal auditors especially on revenue recognition
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting regulations
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting to internal teams investors and capital partners
• Analyze financial data and present actionable insights to executive leadership and board
• Evaluate and improve internal accounting systems and tools to support growth
• Collaborate with CFO and executive team on long-term financial strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with auditors tax authorities and financial institutions
