Bartender Job Description

Due to the fast-paced nature of Blockhead, bartenders are required to be very strong at communicating and multi-tasking. The bartending position at Blockhead is a high-skilled position. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages, including beer, cocktails, sake and wine. You will also utilize proper equipment, ingredients and recipes, and handle basic cleaning duties. To succeed as a bartender, you should have an engaging, friendly personality who loves to be around people. You should be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
