Key Responsibilities :

Pitch, produce, and script short original videos for vertical platforms

Research, write, and host direct-to-camera videos while managing multiple projects

Develop relationships with sources and collaborate with video team members

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in journalism, video production, or social media content creation

Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and on-camera skills

Existing relationships with policy experts and advocacy organizations

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and knowledge of social media best practices
