What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate SMT production equipment (screen printer, pick-and-place, reflow oven)
• Inspect boards for correct parts, polarity, and quality
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and follow 5S standards
• Use hand tools and follow IPC-610 quality requirements
• Work as part of a team and support co-workers when needed
