Assistant Room Service Opportunity
Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards.

Your focus :
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting.
- Clean guest rooms according to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
- Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
- Clean and polish furniture and accessories; dust furniture, walls, or equipment.
- Notify managers about the need for repairs in guest rooms.
- Process guests' forgotten items in rooms according to the lost and found policy.
- Practice safe work habits, use protective equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Perform housekeeping and lobby staff duties when there is a shortage of staff or during peak periods.
- Take into account guest satisfaction scores and work to increase overall and departmental guest satisfaction.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other tasks as requested by management.
Your background and skills :
High school diploma preferred.Previous cleaning experience or equivalent training required.Understand and communicate in English.Benefits and advantages of HHM Hotels :
