Full Time Restoration Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a full time restoration customer experience manager. As a customer experience manager, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email, meeting with adjusters onsite, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist all divisions of the company.
  • Coordinate crews, job scheduling, pristine communications with the adjusters / customers
  • Perform detailed and accurate data entry
  • Assist other departments in communications for all assigned projects in assigned locations
  • Position Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED (preferred)
  • Must have 1-3 years of restoration experience
  • Must be knowledgeable in Google docs / sheets
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Skills / Physical Demands / Competencies

    This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Requires the ability to lift, open filing cabinets, bending, sitting, or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
