Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Assistant at our Woodfin, NC location. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for supporting physicians in providing patient care, preparing patients for examinations, managing medical records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office. Additional duties include applying medical terminology in daily tasks and addressing patient needs in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and Patient Care
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and familiarity with Medical Office operations
• Experience with Medical Records management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and interact compassionately with patients
• Certification or training in Medical Assisting is preferred
• Previous experience in dermatology or related fields is a plus
