REQUIRED :

Minimum of 2 years home health experience,

Current MI RN licensure,

Current BLS certification through AHA.

Must possess a current State of Michigan driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

Must have reliable transportation and a telephone.

Preferred :

IV experience, Oasis experience, Epic experience.
