Accounts Assistant

Pay : $20 / hr.

Schedule : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the collections process for delinquent accounts, including preparing reports and updating internal departments.
• Run account aging's, review past due accounts, and follow up with customers via phone or written communication.
• Prepare statements, duplicate invoices, and research billing / payment errors.
• Negotiate payment options for seriously overdue accounts.
• Maintain organized filing of open and past invoices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Collections Manager.
