The Primary Care locum tenens opportunity in Arizona .

• Specialty : This facility could use an IM, FP, or NP provider
• Duration : ASAP - Ongoing
• Location : Southern Arizona
• Schedule : Monday -Friday, every 3 rd Saturday
• Shift : M-F : 7am-4pm, Sat : 9am-1pm
• Call : Phone Consults, 1 : 3 rotation
• Scope : Bread and Butter Primary Care. Patients 18+
• Patient Volume : 14-20 patients per day
• Group / Support : OB, PEDS, 2 MAs, 2 RNs, 2 PCP
• EMR : NextGen
• Hospital : 25 bed critical access hospital for CT or MRI
• Required : Active Arizona or IMLC License, Board Certified
