About The Position

Job Title : Community Pharmacist

Profession : Pharmacy

Specialty : Pharmacist Outpatient

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour

Hours per Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM

Experience : Minimum 1 year required

License : State license required

Certifications : PharmD preferred, RPh required

Must-Have :

Experience needed in documentation system PioneerRx.

Experience with charting systems.

Two references from a position held in the last year are required.

One manager reference from a position held in the last year is required.

A strong preference for experience with EPIC, especially for RNs.

Candidates must have zero 30+ day employment gaps.

Description :

Community Pharmacist position available.

The position involves working in an outpatient setting.

The candidate will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical care to patients.

Responsibilities include medication dispensing, patient education, and counseling.

Candidates must have experience in a retail pharmacy environment.

Documentation experience is a requirement.

Flu vaccine is required with possible exemptions for medical or religious reasons.

This position does not allow local candidates within a 75-mile radius.

Candidates should be prepared to fulfill on-call requirements if necessary.
