Med-Peds Physician West Branch, Michigan(Internal Medicine / Pediatrics with Newborn Nursery Rounding) Position Overview

  • Location : West Branch, MI
  • Position Type : Full-time
  • Practice Type : Large, well-established group
  • Facility Features : Onsite X-ray, lab, urgent care, occupational health
  • Start Date : As soon as available
  • Reason for Opening : Community growth + return of OB services

Schedule & Call

  • Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
  • Call : 1 : 3 with nurse triage line support
  • Newborn Nursery Rounding : Required during on-call rotation

    • Patient & Procedure Mix

  • Population : From birth through adulthood
  • Scope of Practice :

    • Preventive care, acute & chronic disease management

  • Newborn care and nursery rounding
  • Holistic, full-spectrum family-focused care

    • Candidate Requirements

  • MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine / Pediatrics
  • Completion of an ACGME-approved residency
  • Licensure :

    • Must have or be eligible for Michigan medical license

  • Must have or be eligible for Controlled Substance License
