Job description

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Monday – Friday 7am-3 : 30pm

$29 / hour

Responsibilities :

  • Preventative maintenance and repairs of machines / equipment
  • Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance, such as fluid levels, water flows, quench oils, filters, washer soap
  • Assist in equipment performance testing
  • Perform corrective actions required for out-of-specification conditions
  • Assist in analytical troubleshooting of issues to maintain equipment and facilities.
  • Record and document all completed maintenance / repairs
  • Maintain shop manuals and blueprints and update information as required
  • Report equipment, facility repair and maintenance needs to supervisor
  • Assist in maintaining the inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts

Qualifications / Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years industrial maintenance experience required
  • College or technical degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred
  • Troubleshooting skills with mechanical equipment
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • ITAR compliance required - candidates must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
