A company is looking for a Senior Agile Coach to champion Agile principles and practices across various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with coaches and leaders to drive the organization's Agile transformation
Educate and mentor teams on Agile principles, best practices, and Lean methodologies
Observe team dynamics, identify gaps, and introduce strategies for process improvement
Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in Agile principles and industry best practices
Experience coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams
Strong facilitation and workshop development skills
Ability to create user stories and acceptance criteria
B.S. or equivalent experience in a relevant field
