Producer Responsibilities
- Execute multiple productions at one time independently
- Responsible for producing shoots within the given production budgets, from negotiation to closing
- Directly communicate with managers, art directors, in house styling, and high-level executives
- Support the production team in all pre-production and production phases
- Negotiate usage and rates for artists, talents etc.
- Manage multiple vendor relationships including contract negotiation.
- Maintain all municipal, professional & safety standards on set.
- Work independently as well, sending call sheets & being first to arrive on set to manage the shoot.
- Continuously improve and develop all aspects of production by elevating operational processes
- A focus on internal process and managing the schedule for and producing all Eccomerce shoots for J.Crew Women's, Mens & crewcuts
General
Report to and communicate with Head of ProductionLead, guide multiple stakeholders through crew, talent & date options for shoots.Establish and grow the company’s relationships with talent, photographers and agenciesMaintain positive work environment with high creative standards– emotional intelligence work with all different sorts of personalities & to build and maintain a professional and genial relationship with all internal and external partners.
Requirements
Must be fluent in English, verbal and writtenMinimum 4-5 years prior producing experience with a production company, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, beauty and / or luxury brandsStrong knowledge of production workflow and experience running time sensitive operationsExcellent attention to detail and organizationAble to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesProven ability to manage relationships, stay motivated and make decisionsStrong project management and negotiation skillsExcellent communication skills both in person and via email and phoneMust be able to travel domestic and international as neededMust be a ‘doer’ with strong problem solving skills and a positive ‘can do’ approach for all projectsAir Table software experienceTakes initiative and responsibility to close communication gaps and align a group of stakeholdersA proactive mindset to see challenges a few steps ahead and execute solutions before they become problems.Highly adaptable, curious and collaborativePassionate about the business and willing to learn new thingsShould be well versed with the industry names & standards.Location

Salary Range : $72,500.00 - $87,000.00
