About The Position

We are seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 6-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity begins on Oct 14, 2025, and features day shifts from 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm, with specific dates scheduled throughout October. The provider will evaluate occupational health cases and deliver care in accordance with best practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • See and evaluate occupational medicine cases as assigned
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Document patient encounters in accordance with facility policies
  • Ensure compliance with all required certifications and standards of care
  • Additional Information

  • Wisconsin licensure required
  • Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Board certification in Occupational Medicine required
