$10,000 Sign-On Bonus with an 18-Month Commitment

Job Summary :

• Directs the programs and staff of the respiratory therapy department.
• Develops and implements respiratory care services in accordance with the policies of the hospital and the directives of the medical staff.
• Monitors patient progress and treatment plans. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
