Job description

NineTwoThree Ai Studio

100% remote | Global team | Full-time

Join NineTwoThree AI Studio, a remote-first product design, engineering, and marketing studio, founded in 2012 and based in Boston. We build AI-powered web and mobile apps for big brands and fast-moving startups.

You'll work with really smart people - the kind of teammates who challenge you, push you forward, and make you better. We move fast and focus on getting things done.

We've been growing 20% every year for the last 5 years, which means there's plenty of room for career growth and promotions. Our work speaks for itself - some of our customers found us through five layers of referrals. That's how much people appreciate what we do.

We run on clear processes and strong leadership, so while we move quickly, we don't do chaos. We do high-quality work, and we do it right.

We focus on products with a positive impact in various domains from sports and health, to logistics and nuclear. But if you're into gambling, adult entertainment, or crypto, we're not your place.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, understands the importance of hiring into the team (not just for short-term projects), and is excited about sourcing the right people to help our company grow.

  • Engage both passive and active candidates for assigned roles, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build clear, comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute targeted headhunting strategies to attract top-tier, hard-to-reach talent in a competitive market.
  • Proactively build and nurture a long-term candidate pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Source talent across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, and professional networks using Boolean search and other advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the entire interview process, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with job expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire) to optimize hiring outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and progress updates through daily reports and internal systems.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience through consistent, clear, and professional communication.
  • Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the team.
  • Support team knowledge sharing by contributing best practices and process improvements.
