Key Responsibilities
Oversee team operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery in alignment with service standards
Monitor service performance standards and track KPIs to ensure client needs are met
Coach and mentor team members to enhance their professional development and client service delivery
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in customer experience, preferably in a software SAAS model
Strong leadership experience with proven organizational skills
Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role
Master's degree preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing client needs
