Functional Lead - Field Service Management

A company is looking for a Functional Lead to manage the delivery of Field Service Management solutions for utility clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design for FSM workstreams, ensuring alignment with client requirements and business goals

Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and support change management efforts

Manage and mentor functional consultants and collaborate with technical teams for integrated solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

7+ years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting with technology / FSM solution implementations

Demonstrated ability to lead functional teams and own solution delivery for transformation programs

Knowledge of FSM capabilities and familiarity with utility operations and asset management

Hands-on experience with functional configuration and enterprise integrations
